Before an item goes on sale in our shop, it undergoes a careful inspection process. Every single pair of trousers is washed, thoroughly checked, and, if necessary, refurbished. Defects such as stains or superficial signs of wear are removed – as far as possible. If an item still shows signs of wear that cannot be remedied (e.g. small tears or faded areas), we will, of course, transparently point this out in the product description. This way, you know exactly what you are getting – no surprises.

Only after an item has gone through this process does it receive our Reloop hang-tag. It signals to you: This garment has been checked, cared for, and approved by us – it is a genuine IVP pair of trousers. At the same time, the hang-tag also serves as a security feature: Returns are only possible if the hang-tag is still undamaged and attached to the item. This ensures that every returned item is still in its original condition and continues to meet IVP's quality standards.
